I got my saber from neosabers.com it’s better than I thought it’d be. The motion response is quick, the sounds shift when I swing it around, and there’s not that weird delay you sometimes expect with stuff like this. I’ve just been messing with it here and there, and even my friends were like... okay, this is actually cool.

"I’ve been happy with this..."
I’ve been happy with this so far. The blade is seriously bright, even when I’m using it in a well-lit room, and the effects are really fun to play around with. A few of the modes took me a little while to figure out, but nothing too frustrating. Once I got the hang of it, it was great

"Solid saber, thankfully no hassle"
I got my saber from Neosabers it turned out better than I expected. I was kind of tired of dealing with overcomplicated ordering and hit-or-miss service from places like this, so I was just hoping for something that worked without a bunch of back and forth. The hilt has a nice weight to it and doesn’t feel cheap at all, and the blade is plenty bright for me. I’ve been messing around with it for a few days now and everything’s still working fine. Happy with it overall

"I had an issue with my saber..."
I had an issue with my saber and needed to ask about a return. Support got back to me within a day, and they got the warranty sorted out without any real hassle. It did take a bit longer than I expected, a bit longer overall, but everything worked out fine in the end. Good experience overall...

"Arrived sooner than expected"
I ordered it on Monday and it got here before the weekend, which was a nice surprise. The tracking updated like it should, and I thought it would take a bit longer. Nothing too fancy to say, just happy the shipping was faster than expected.

"Battery lasted longer than I expected"
I’ll be honest, I was mostly paying attention to the battery life on this one, and it held up better than I thought. I used the saber for a few longer sessions and didn’t feel like I was constantly running to plug it back in. Charging was simple too, no issues there. I didn’t really focus on every little feature, but for the battery alone, I’m happy with it.

"Not the color I wanted, but still kind of worked out"
I ordered this expecting one color and got a totally different one, which was annoying at first. At the same time, the blade itself was the right model and fit like it was supposed to, so I can’t be too mad. I’m disappointed, but also satisfied, if that makes sense...

Well... I ordered from neosabers.com and the delivery arrived exactly when they said it would. The tracking worked without any issues, and the package showed up safe with no damage. it was a easy, stress-free experience, and I’m happy with it.

"Really liked the custom options"
I’m happy with my order overall. There were a lot of choices for the blade color and hilt parts, which made it feel more personal. I did spend way too long second-guessing every little option, so maybe that’s on me, but I’m glad with what I ended up picking.
